Apples On the Grill Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium Granny Smith apples, unpeeled, sliced
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar


Instructions:

1. Cut off 6 8-inch pieces of aluminum foil.
2. Prepare the apples and place each sliced apple on a square of foil.
3. Sprinkle raisins, oil, and sugar over each apple.
4. Fold the foil into a package.
5. Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches above the heat source.
6. On a gas grill, set the heat to medium.
7. Grill the packets for about 30 minutes until the apples are tender.
8. Remove from the foil and serve.
