Apple-Sausage Oven Pancake Recipe
Serves 4
Ingredients: 1 pack Brown'n'Serve sausages
1 cup bisquick
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped pared apple
Maple syrup
Instructions: 1. Heat oven 450F.
2. Grease 8x8x2" baking dish.
3. Brown sausages as directed on pkg.
4. Beat Bisquick, cinnamon, milk and egg with hand beater until smooth.
5. Stir in apple.
6. Pour in dish; arrange sausages on top.
7. Bake until light brown, 20 - 25 min.
8. Serve with syrup.
