Scrambled Eggs Italian Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil garlic, bread
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat until very hot.
2. Beat the eggs with basil and cheese.
3. Scramble them quickly and lightly.
4. Serve on slices of toasted Italian garlic bread.
