Peanut Butter Omelette Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs per omelette
  • Milk, about 2 tbsp per omelette
  • Peanut butter
  • Waxed paper


Instructions:

1. 20 to 30 minutes before you are going to cook the omelette, spread peanut butter on the wax paper about 1/4-inch thick, making 2 to 3 inch patties (1 for each omelette).
2. Cook the omelette as you normally would, but just before folding, peel the peanut butter from the waxed paper and place in the omelette.
