Peaches and Cream Omelette Recipe

Serves 10

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 packet sweetener
  • Filling:
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup peaches, stewed and chopped



  • Instructions:

    1. Combine all ingredients except butter and peaches in a bowl.
    2. Beat until smooth.
    3. Follow Basic Omelette recipe.
    4. When omelette is ready to turn toward center, spoon peaches onto center for filling.
