Peaches and Cream Omelette Recipe
Serves 10 Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 eggs
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 packet sweetener
Filling:
2 tbsp butter
1/3 cup peaches, stewed and chopped
Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients except butter and peaches in a bowl.
2. Beat until smooth.
3. Follow Basic Omelette recipe.
4. When omelette is ready to turn toward center, spoon peaches onto center for filling.
