Oven Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Serves 1


  • 2 cup butter, melt
  • 1 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tbsp salt
  • 2 1/2 qt milk


1. Divide butter among four 13 x 9 baking dishes.
2. Combine eggs and salt; mix well.
3. Gradually stir in milk.
4. Pour evenly into baking dishes.
5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 10 minutes; stir.
6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes more or until eggs are set.
7. Serve immediately.
