Noodles for Soup Recipe

Makes 1 batch noodles

Ingredients:

  • 2 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 flour


  • Instructions:

    1. Beat the eggs, add the salt and as much flour as can be worked into the eggs (about 1 cup).
    2. Knead well, cover and let stand for 30 minutes.
    3. Roll out thin and spread on cloth to dry slightly.
    4. Cut in narrow strips.
