Herb Omelet Recipe

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 dash basil
  • 1 dash thyme
  • 1 dash marjoram
  • 1 tbsp parsley, snipped
  • 1 tbsp chive, snipped


  • Instructions:

    1. Mix eggs slightly.
    2. Heat butter in a small skillet until brown.
    3. Quickly pour eggs in.
    4. Stir lightly until set on bottom.
    5. Let stand over heat a few seconds to lightly brown bottom.
    6. Sprinkle with spices. 7. Fold in half.
    8. Season with salt and pepper.
