Herb Omelet Recipe
Serves 2 Ingredients: 3 eggs
1 tbsp butter
1 dash basil
1 dash thyme
1 dash marjoram
1 tbsp parsley, snipped
1 tbsp chive, snipped
Instructions: 1. Mix eggs slightly.
2. Heat butter in a small skillet until brown.
3. Quickly pour eggs in.
4. Stir lightly until set on bottom.
5. Let stand over heat a few seconds to lightly brown bottom.
6. Sprinkle with spices.
7. Fold in half.
8. Season with salt and pepper.
