Home Style Scrambled Egg Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Egg Beaters
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cooked potato, cubed
  • 3 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced thin
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped


Instructions:

1. Beat eggs with water and salt.
2. Heat margarine in a ten inch skillet over medium heat.
3. Cook vegetables in margarine for two minutes, stirring frequently.
4. Pour eggs into skillet.
5. As micture begins to set at bottom and sides gently pull cooked portions to middle so uncooked top can run to skillet bottom.
6. Do not stir.
7. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until eggs are set.
