Egg Beaters and Healthy Choice Cheese Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Serves 2



Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tbsp Fleischmann's Original margarine
  • 1 cup Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute
  • 1/3 cup Healthy Choice shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp green pepper, diced
  • 1 tbsp red pepper, diced


Instructions:

1. Melt Fleischmann's Original margarine in skillet over medium heat.
2. Lightly saute diced peppers.
3. Add Egg Beaters to pepper in skillet.
4. Cook, without stirring, until mixture begins to set on the bottom and around the edge.
5. Add Healthy Choice shredded cheese on top of the egg beaters.
6. Gently stir mixture so that uncooked portion flows underneath.
7. Continue until cooked throughout, but still moist.
8. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
