Egg Balls For Soup Recipe
Serves 6 Ingredients: 8 egg yolks
1/2 tbsp wheat flour
1 tsp salt
Instructions: 1. Take the yolks of 6 hard-boiled eggs and half a tablespoonful of wheat flour, rub them smooth with the yolks of two raw eggs and a teaspoon of salt.
2. Mix all well together.
3. Form mixture into balls, and drop them into the boiling soup a few minutes before taking it up.
