Dutch Pancake Recipe

Serves 1 or 2

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk


Instructions:

1. Beat the eggs thoroughly and add the flour and salt.
2. Continue to beat and add the milk while beating.
3. Pour into a well-buttered pan and bake for 25 minutes.
4. Serve with powdered sugar and lemon juice.
