Sour Cream Apple Pancakes Recipe
Serves 12 Ingredients: 3/4 cup am whole wheat flour
1 tsp non-alum baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt (optional)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
1 medium apple, grated
1 egg, beaten, or egg replacer
1 tsp pure vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup water or buttermilk
Instructions: 1. In large bowl combine dry ingredients.
2. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; add to dry ingredients and stir until just blended.
3. Cook on preheated griddle at 350 F for 3-5 minutes, turning only once.
4. Serve hot for breakfast, brunch, or as an accompaniment to dinner.
