Danish Pancakes Recipe - Printable Version Serves 4
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Divide butter into two pie plates.
3. Blend together eggs, milk, flour.
4. Melt butter in pie plate.
5. Divide batter between pie plates.
6. Bake 20 minutes.
7. We had thickened spiced (cinnamon, cloves) peaches over the top.
