Cream Cheese Crosses Recipe
Serves 18 Ingredients: 3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp butter, softened
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp grated lemon rind
Instructions: 1. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
2. Beat in honey and lemon rind.
3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
4. On warm buns, pipe mixture to make crosses on buns. Do not reheat once crosses are in place.
