Skier's Pancakes Recipe - Printable Version Serves 4
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 egg
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tbsp wheat germ, brewer's yeast
- 1 cup cottage cheese
Obviously don't cook these if you worry about cholesterol and stuff, but you'll really be missing out on some early-morning wonderfulness.
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Cook like pancakes.
