Skier's Pancakes Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 egg
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp wheat germ, brewer's yeast
  • 1 cup cottage cheese

Special Equipment: Obviously don't cook these if you worry about cholesterol and stuff, but you'll really be missing out on some early-morning wonderfulness.


Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Cook like pancakes.
