No Crust Easter Pie Recipe

Serves 8

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb Ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb cream cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tbsp vanilla
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 1 pint sour cream


  • Instructions:

    1. Cream the ricotta and cream cheese, add the eggs, beating them in one at a time.
    2. Add the vanilla.
    3. Spoon in the flour and sour cream, mix well. It's going to be loose, but don't worry.
    4. Pour the mix into a 10" springform cake pan.
    5. Bake in a 325 deg oven for 1 hour, more or less.
