No Crust Easter Pie Recipe
Serves 8 Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb Ricotta cheese
1 lb cream cheese
6 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla
6 tbsp flour
1 pint sour cream
Instructions: 1. Cream the ricotta and cream cheese, add the eggs, beating them in one at a time.
2. Add the vanilla.
3. Spoon in the flour and sour cream, mix well. It's going to be loose, but don't worry.
4. Pour the mix into a 10" springform cake pan.
5. Bake in a 325 deg oven for 1 hour, more or less.
