Jade Tree Salad Recipe
Serves 6

Ingredients: 1/2 cup safflower oil
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup Parmesan
8 oz sliced water chestnuts
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
1 large head iceberg lettuce
Fresh ground black pepper
Instructions: 1. Lightly toast sesame seeds in skillet over low heat.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large jar; shake to blend.
3. Chill at least 3 hours.
4. Serve over crisp, chilled lettuce torn (not cut) in bite-size piece.
5. Toss with pepper.
