Gouda Muffins Recipe

Makes 24 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups Gouda cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten


Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda; stir in cheese.
2. In a small bowl, thoroughly combine yogurt, butter, and eggs.
3. Add all at once to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened.
4. Divide batter evenly among 12 large greased muffin cups.
5. Bake in 400 F oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
