Fluffy Pancakes Recipe

Serves 8 to 10

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cup buttermilk, up to 3 cups
  • 2 tbsp oil


Instructions:

1. Mix together dry ingredients.
2. Beat 2 eggs, add 2 1/2 to 3 cup buttermilk (to the eggs) and 2 tablespoons oil.
3. Make a whole in the middle of the dry ingrediants and pour the wet in.
4. Try to do as little stirring as possible. It should be lumpy.
