Delicious White Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Serves 16

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 cups heavy cream


  • Instructions:

    1. Place chocolate and water in the top of a double boiler.
    2. Keep over medium-low heat and stir until the chocolate is melted.
    3. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool, stirring occasionally.
    4. Beat cream until stiff peaks form.
    5. Whisk 1/3 of the cream into the chocolate, incorporating completely.
    6. Gently fold in remaining cream.
    7. Refrigerate until used.
