Sewer Soda Recipe
Serves 4
Ingredients: 1 qt chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips
3/4 cup chocolate syrup
4 1/4 cups club soda
Instructions: 1. Let ice cream sit at room temperature until it is easy to scoop.
2. Spoon ice cream into glasses until it is about halfway full.
3. Pour or squeeze about 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup into each glass.
4. Slowly fill almost to the top with club soda and stir well with a spoon.
5. Serve with a straw and tall spoon for excavating those luscious brown lumps.
