Reverse Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Makes 24 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 4 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped


  • Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. Cream butter, sugar and salt together until light and fluffy.
    3. Beat in vanilla and eggs.
    4. Gradually beat in flour and baking soda, then mix in chocolate and nuts.
    5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
    6. Bake 15 minutes.
