Really Easy Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz chocolate, semi-sweet
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • Confectioner's sugar


  • Instructions:

    1. Melt the chocolate carefully into the cream.
    2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
    3. Cool for at least an hour and whip until stiff.
    4. Refrigerate overnight.
    5. Add rum and pipe into serving glasses.
    6. Dust with sugar and chocolate shavings and serve.
