No Bake Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Serves 16


  • Graham cracker crust:
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 cups Graham Wafer Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Filling:
  • 1 envelope gelatine
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
  • 4 Ozsemi sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped


1. In small saucepan, soften gelatin in water over low heat; dissolve completely and set aside.
2. Beat cream cheese and chocolate until fluffy.
3. Add Eagle Brand and vanilla.
4. Beat until smooth.
5. Stir in gelatin mixture and fold in whipped cream.
6. Pour into pan and chill for 3 hours or until set.
7. Decorate with whipped cream and slivered almonds.
