Mousse Au Chocolat Recipe
Instructions:1. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
2. Stir the sugar into the egg yolks and beat until creamy.
3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff.
4. Carefully melt the chocolate (it shouldn't be warmer than 75 F). Stir the melted chocolate carefully into the whipped cream.
5. Add the egg yolks while stirring the egg whites by spoonfuls into the cream.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
