Honey-Peanut Butter Cup Cookies Recipe

Makes 60 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup sue bee honey
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/3 cup flour
  • 10 oz peanut butter cups, cut up
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

    • Instructions:

    1. Mix butter, peanut butter, Sue Bee Honey, brown sugar, vanilla and eggs until smooth and creamy.
    2. Add dry ingredients until mixed.
    3. Dough will not be stiff.
    4. Mix in cut-up peanut butter cups and chips.
    5. Refrigerate dough 2 hours.
    6. Preheat oven to 325F.
    7. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    8. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
