Hershey's Cookies 'n' Mint Mousse Recipe

Serves 6


  • 7 oz Hershey's Cookies 'n' Mint chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 1/2 cups non-dairy whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • Few drops green food color (optional)


1. In medium microwave-safe bowl, place candy pieces, marshmallows and milk.
2. Microwave at high (100%) for 1 minute; stir vigorously.
3. If necessary, microwave at high for an additional 30 seconds at a time, until chocolate and marshmallows are melted when well stirred; cool to room temperature.
4. Fold 2 cups whipped topping into chocolate mixture until well blended.
5. Spoon into dessert dishes.
6. Cover; refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
7. Stir food color into remaining 1 1/2 cups whipped topping, if desired; use as garnish.
