Hershey's Chocolate Mousse RecipeServes 4 Ingredients:Instructions:1. In custard cup, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute to soften.2. Add boiling water; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved and mixture is clear. 3. Cool slightly. 4. In small bowl, stir together sugar and cocoa; add whipping cream and vanilla. 5. Beat at medium speed, scraping bottom of bowl occasionally; until stiff peaks form. 6. Pour in gelatin mixture and beat until well blended. 7. Spoon into serving dishes. 8. Chill for about 1/2 hour. 9. For variety you may add a dash of rum, Kaluha or instant coffe crystals while beating mixture. |
