Grasshopper Pie Recipe

Serves 6 to 8


  • 1 prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
  • 1 pkg miniature marshmallows, (10 1/2 oz)
  • 1/4 cup green creme de menthe
  • 2 cups whipping cream, whipped and sweetened to taste, (or an 8 oz container of Cool Whip, instead)


1. Microwave marshmallows and creme de menthe in large mocrowave-safe bowl on high for 1-2 minutes.
2. Stir until smooth.
3. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes, or until slightly thickened. (It may take less time, but never more.)
4. Fold in whipped cream.
5. Spoon into prepared crust.
6. Freeze until firm, about 3-4 hours.
7. Set out of the freezer about 15 minutes before serving to allow time to soften.
