Frozen Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Serves 12

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup margarine, or butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • Graham cracker crumbs


  • Instructions:

    1. Beat together margarine, sugar and cocoa.
    2. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
    3. Beat well. Mixture may look curdled.
    4. Put a layer of crumbs in the bottom of an 8-inch square pan.
    5. Spread chocolate mixture over.
    6. Top with more crumbs.
    7. Freeze.
    8. Cut into rectangles to serve.
