Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Makes 4 dozen cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup lightly salted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 12 oz chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

    • Instructions:

    1. Cream cheese, butters, and sugars.
    2. Add eggs and vanilla.
    3. Combine dry ingredients.
    4. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
    5. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
    6. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
