Coffee Liqueur Chocolate Mousse Recipe
Instructions:1. In saucepan over very low heat, mix coffee liqueur and sugar; stirring until dissolved.
2. Remove from heat.
3. In top of double boiler, melt chocolate with cream, cool for 20 minutes.
4. Stir chocolate into coffee liqueur mixture.
5. Carefully fold in egg whites, then whipped cream.
6. Chill for 3 hours before serving.
