Chocolate and Peanut Butter Double Chip Cookies Recipe
Makes 60 cookies Ingredients: 1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cup flour, unsifted
1 tsp baking soda
1 2/3 cup (10 oz pkg) peanut butter chips
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions: 1. In large mixing bowl, beat butter or margarine, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla.
2. Add eggs; beat well.
3. Stir together flour and baking soda; blend into sugar mixture.
4. Stir in peanug butter and chocolate chips.
5. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
7. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
8. Cool completely.
