Brandied Mocha Mousse Recipe
Instructions:1. Melt semisweet chocolate in the coffee. Add brandy. Remove from heat.
2. Stir in butter and the egg yolks, one at a time.
3. Fold in egg whites.
4. Turn into 12 individual souffle or dessert dishes.
5. Chill 5 hours.
6. Top with whipped cream and grated bittersweet chocolate.
