Baked Peaches Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 large ripe peaches
  • 8 large squares fine dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp brandy, amaretto or kirsch
  • Double cream, to serve


Instructions:

1. Halve the peaches, pull out the stones carefully and place a square of chocolate in the hollow of each peach half.
2. Put the peaches in a baking dish, spoon over a little of the liqueur and bake in a preheated oven at 400 F for 10 minutes, until the fruit is soft and the chocolate has melted.
3. Serve with cream.
