Bisquick Sour Cream Muffins Recipe

Makes 12 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups Bisquick® baking mix


Instructions:

1. Add butter and sour cream to Bisquick.
2. Stir to combine. Do not over mix.
3. Pour into greased or papered muffin cups.
4. Bake at 425 F for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
