Pancakes Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup salad oil or melted crisco


  • Instructions:

    1. Sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
    2. Beat eggs and add milk.
    3. Combine with dry ingredients, mixing smooth.
    4. Add shortening or salad oil.
    5. Drop by spoonfuls on hot griddle.
