English Muffin Bread Recipe

Serves 12

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 3 tbsp nonfat dry milk
  • 2 tsp yeast

    • Instructions:

    Add ingredients to bread machine in the order of liquid ingredients first, then dry ingredients, then yeast.
