Camper's Sourdough Pancakes Recipe
Serves 6
This is a good recipe for camping.
Ingredients: 2 cup active starter
1 tbsp sugar
2 cup unbleached flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2-3 tbsp bacon fat
2 large eggs, well beaten
Instructions: 1. Mix well and cook on hot griddle.
2. Instead of fresh eggs, you can use 1 tbsp Powdered eggs.
