Baking Butter Graham Cracker Crust Recipe
Serves 8
These freeze well tightly wrapped.
Ingredients: 1/3 cup baking butter substitute, softened
1 1/2 tsp water, warmed
11 1/2 low-fat Graham crackers, finely crumbled
3 tbsp sugar
1 dash baking soda
Instructions: 1. Soften baking butter in the microwave for 20 seconds and mix it with the warm water.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well until moistened.
3. Divide the crumb mixture into 2 9-inch vegetable sprayed pie pans and press evenly on the bottom and up the sides.
4. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes.
5. Cool.
6. Fill with any kind of filling you like.
