Always Work Pastry Recipe

Makes 1 pie shell

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp ice water
  • 3 tbsp shortening

    • Instructions:

    Mix dry ingredients, cut in shortening and then add water to make very stiff dough.
